1. Stretch & Settle In: Gently stretch and settle into the shared space.
2. Breathe & Arrive 3 slow deep breaths in and out through the mouth. Encourage releasing tension on the exhale and opening the heart to this gathering.
3. Check-In Circle (6-7 minutes per person)
Prompt: “What is one worry, judgment, or fear you feel ready to let go of as we finish this book?”
4. Mindful Snack + Chapter Recap (3 minutes) Invite everyone to take a moment for a mindful bite or sip. Read/Listen to a short recap of Chapters 17-Afterwords.
5. Book Discussion (7 minutes per person)
