Chapters: 14–16

1. Stretch & Settle
In (2 minutes) Invite participants to gently stretch, take a sip of water or tea, and settle into the shared space. 🌬️

2. Breathe & Arrive
 3 slow deep breaths in and out through the mouth. Encourage releasing tension on the exhale and opening the heart to this gathering.

3. Check-In Circle (6 minutes per person)
Prompt:
Share with us something that brings you great joy and give us an example of how this joy has shown up.” 

4. Mindful Snack + Chapter Recap (3 minutes) Invite everyone to take a moment for a mindful bite or sip while the facilitator provides a short recap of Chapters 14–16.

5. Book Discussion (7 minutes per person)
Option A: Share your creative project or reflection inspired by last week's prompt. “Soul’s Treasure Chest” Imagine you have a treasure chest hidden deep within, containing all the wisdom, gifts, and strengths you’ve gained over lifetimes. What’s inside?

Option B: Shared Reading – Select a passage from Chapters 14–16 that touched you. Read it aloud and share why it resonated.

6. Creative Prompt (for next week, Chapters 17–Afterwards)
 “Create a visual, written, or musical piece that represents how you imagine 'Afterwards' Let your work express what peace, unity, or eternity might feel like to you.”

Participants could: Sketch a symbolic image (e.g., a horizon, light, or abstract design) Write a short poem or reflection Create a simple melody or soundscape using household objects

7. Closing Intention (2 minutes) Ask participants to set an intention for the week: “May I recognize moments of joy and oneness in my daily life.”
